Unique-to-me and its parent company, Brevity Pajent, have translated their career coaching success into professional, employer outplacement services.
For whatever reason an employer finds themself ending an employee relationship, Unique-to-me is available in real-time, on a one-off or continuous basis to provide outplacement support.
Customizable no matter how many employees you have
All services are provided individually to employees, however, should an employer have a group of employees, some services, like networking and informational interviewing, may be provided to former employees in a group setting.
Whether one-on-one or in a group, individual progress is accelerated because of the care and focus by U2Me coaches with each employee. We go to where the employee is right now and help them get to where they want to be.
Should employers need assistance, restructuring or termination support services are also available.

For Employers
Employers may exercise a “pay as you go” option and pay only for those employees who access Brevity’s services. Group pricing is also available, if desired. Regardless of the payment option, Brevity guarantees a professional and comprehensive approach to outplacement.
