Manager Training
Unique2me belongs to the Brevity Pajent suite of services. With two decades’ experience, Brevity has developed pragmatic and effective training experiences specifically aimed at helping managers do what they do best…manage and engage their teams.
Training programs are typically one hour in duration, via zoom and in small groups. This allows for maximum flexibility for both employers and employees.
The training is transformational for employees because much of it is scenario-based: real-life,
on-the-job situations are modelled and practiced. Most importantly, each employee leaves the training with tactics they commit to practicing
so they can improve and be more confident.

This is the question employees need to ask themselves after they have been trained…in anything. They need the confidence-boost that applying a new skill, and seeing that it works, gives. And employers need to see those benefits in them, their teams and their mission.
Brevity understands this which is why every employee leaves the training with a one-page coaching summary of what they learned and how they plan to apply and practice it “on the job”. This is a commitment-of-sorts to themselves and to the employer.
Learning is only transformational if it energizes, shifts a paradigm or two and can immediately be applied “on the job”. Brevity delivers on all three.

What training is offered?
Workplace Essentials: Certificate Level I (4 hours)
- how to listen (yes, you read correctly)
- how to streamline communications and optimize “channels”
- how to stay out of “email jail”
- how to make psychological safety a norm…for everyone
Managing Others: Certificate Level II (6 hours)
- how to coordinate, embed and operationalize goals
- how to run effective and fewer meetings
- how to manage remotely
- how to coach and guide
- how to performance manage
Making Change Happen: Certificate Level III (8 hours)
- how to assess critical considerations and risk factors
- how to plan for change (people, resources, processes)
- how to engage employees
- how to communicate change processes and impacts in “real time”
- how to assess and embed in on-going operations and culture
Delivery
All training includes some instruction but is primarily scenario-based learning. Real-life scenarios unique to the business or organization are used in all training.
Certificates are consecutive.
